                                  STRATEGIC PLAN

EDUCATION
...education transforms vulnerabilities into values

EV Research values education. We invest a significant amount of attention to education for women and girls in war affected areas reflected in our Edu-Kids Program - a project dedicated solely to providing opportunities for women and girls in rural Africa through the established of multi-purpose educational community based centers. We disseminate knowledge through our journal publications, conferences, awareness campaigns, mentor programs and on-line discussions.

MENTORING
Our mentoring program serves as a motivational tool to stimulate change, promote cultural heritage, support positive growth, and development of young people from poorer communities.

DISCURSIVE LEARNING
Our Glob-KnowEx interface provides a platform for "unheard" voices to facilitate diverse discourses around contemporary issues such as racial discrimination, social inequalities, neo-slavery, poverty, human rights, feminism, and more. The Rights of Women in War blog facilitate discussions around women and girls caught up in violent conflict. EVRI is also fully aware that many researchers in the developing world have researched and produced excellent materials worthy of publications. Unfortunately, their work will never be accepted in most Western journals partly due to biases and other forms of academic exclusion. EV Research's RESEARCH
